NECC Clinic — Allied Health
The New England Center for Children® (NECC®) Allied Health specialists provide 1:1, consultative or group Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) across a variety of diagnoses and severity levels in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Our goal is to find the right approach to help your child succeed. Progress meetings and parent/caregiver trainings will be provided throughout the duration of the treatment.
Speech and Language Therapy
Our speech and language team consists of master’s-level Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP). Services are provided in 1:1, dual, or group settings within our clinic, the client’s school or client home, and are offered in English, Arabic, and French.
Our services include the treatment of apraxia and dyslexia, executive functioning disorders, and expressive and receptive language delays. Additionally, we provide services to treat feeding disorders, hearing impairments, oral motor disorders, pragmatic disorders, speech sound disorders, stuttering and fluency, and written language disorders.
Occupational Therapy
Our master’s-level occupational therapists provide services in 1:1, dual, or group settings within our clinic, the client’s school or home.
Occupational therapy services address a range of developmental and functional needs, including feeding disorders, fine and gross motor delays, oral motor difficulties, self-regulation, strength and mobility, sensory processing difficulties, visual-perceptual and visual-motor delays, and handwriting and motor-related challenges that may be associated with dyslexia.
